Who operates SKUGrab
SKUGrab is operated under the name wangshan. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. This policy covers skugrab.com and the current SKUGrab preview extension.
Product information in the extension
On your explicit action, the extension reads available product titles, IDs, URLs, descriptions, prices, options, variants and image URLs from supported pages. It processes that information in your browser and exports JSON or ZIP files to your device. The preview does not upload product data to a SKUGrab server.
Communication with storefronts
Browsing a product site still sends normal web requests to that site. A batch may open temporary product tabs. Shopify collection may request a public same-origin product endpoint using the browser’s existing same-origin session. SKUGrab does not extract cookie values or passwords, and does not read customer or order APIs. Those storefronts apply their own privacy policies.
Local storage and permissions
The extension stores daily allowance and download bookkeeping locally. Website theme preference is saved in localStorage. You may clear website storage in your browser, revoke extension site permissions or uninstall the extension. Downloaded files must be deleted separately. Shopify custom domains require permission for the store you choose.
Hosting and support
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical connection information such as IP address, request URL and browser information to deliver and protect it, subject to its policies. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts. If you email support, the email provider processes your address, message and any attachments so we can respond.
Retention and your choices
Exported files stay on your device under your control. We have not configured a fixed automatic deletion period for support correspondence; contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Hosting and email providers may retain technical or backup records according to their policies. We do not promise deletion of records controlled by independent providers.
No active payment or license service
Website Google sign-in is optional and available only when configured. When you sign in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email, verification status and profile image URL. We store these with sessions, encrypted OAuth credentials and security records (IP address and browser information) in Cloudflare D1 to maintain your account and prevent abuse. Essential login cookies expire after up to seven days; signing out revokes the current session. Account records remain until deletion is requested through our support email; there is no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Provider backups follow their own retention rules. The extension preview requires no website account and does not upload exported products. Payments and remote licensing are not active.
